MACADAMIA nuts are native to Australia and once you get through the tough shell, are full of almost butter-like sweet flesh. The finely crushed flesh is great as a coating for seafood or chicken, just use it as you would breadcrumbs. Macadamias can be used as a substitute for any nuts in cooking and are perfect for home-made chocolate and nut biscuits.
